When you pray, you make room in your heart for God to act in your behalf and in the behalf of others. Prayer anchors our hearts and fortifies our relationship with God. Relationships, in general, are developed as we spend time with someone. You enjoy talking and having conversations. Likewise, prayer is essential to a believer's relationship with God. |
