I grew up in the sweltering summer heat and freezing cold winters of Missouri. Public transportation was my primary source for getting to and from school and work. These are only a few signs experienced by revelatory writers. I understand, not everyone wants to write. Let’s face it, writing can be hard. Writing can be lonely. Writing requires commitment, focus, discipline, and contemplative thinking and many would prefer to choose another path. So, if you know writing is not for you, there is no need to continue reading. Honesty begins with knowing oneself. BUT... if you know that writing is in your DNA, perhaps it's time for you to embrace the call. Writing when done right is rewarding. More so, writing can generate extra income. Writing can leave a legacy. Writing can change lives. But, if you want to take your writing to the next level, aim to become a revelatory writer. |
