Your purpose is embedded inside of you, but you must get quiet and ask GOD what was His intent for your life. I know this part is difficult for most. Merely, thinking about sitting still enough to hear is a challenge, but not impossible. Your brain is a trainable muscle. So, grab a notebook, pen/pencil, timer, and find a quiet location. Set the timer for 3-5 minutes. Practice sitting still. If you notice your mind is restless, this is a big indicator that it needs to be trained. As you continue to practice stillness your will grow to love the quiet. Now let's begin a brainstorming session. Set the timer for 3-5 minutes. You will do this for each of the three questions. Avoid overthinking, analyzing, or trying to be perfect. Just write down everything you can think of. The first question is, "What do you enjoy doing?" Second, "What did you enjoy doing as a child?" And, third, "What do others say I do well, or what do people ask your opinion for?" Review your list. Determine if there are patterns. Circle them. Your answer is embedded in your response. If you don't find it right away, continue to practice stillness your answer will come. Kingdom Blessings, DeborahT Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
