When moving through transition, it is important to be still.
In stillness, one will gain insight in how to move forward. In stillness, will know which direction to move.
Take time to journal. Journaling gives focus to stillness.
Journaling empties the inner space and allows one to have greater clarity.
Find scriptures or positive affirmations to meditate on. Meditation brings balance to the mind. Meditation pushes out negativity and allows positive thoughts to enter the mind.
Prayer allows one to communicate to God and when coupled with listening, allows God to communicate to us.
Prayer allows one to transfer concerns, worries, and fears to a God who is capable of handling the toughest of situations.
When moving through transition avoid being led by fear or worry. Moving prematurely can lengthen the transitional process.
Fear, worry, or anxiety are disruptors that are energy drainers.
When moving through transition increase self-care and get more sleep.
Spend time near water.
Enjoy each moment.
And patiently wait for new direction.
